Shad Stoddard

Shad Stoddard, MLHR, currently serves as a Sr. Talent Management Advisor at Western Midstream, where responsibilities include leadership development and establishing a leader competency framework. Prior to this role, Stoddard was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at SABIC, delivering strategic HR support and leading the Commercial Talent Community for talent development.
