Stephanie Blaine, M.B.A has extensive experience in account management and operations. Stephanie began their career at REM Ohio, Inc. in 2004 as a Direct Service Employee, caring for individuals with developmental disabilities. Stephanie then moved up to become a Program Coordinator, where they coordinated and implemented programs for DD individuals and supervised a staff of seven. In 2007, they joined Forward Air, Inc. as a Tower Clerk, handling data entry and providing customer service. Stephanie was later promoted to Sales and Operations Assistant, where they organized quotes, rates, and reports for the sales teams and customers. In 2010, they joined Forward Air Inc. as a Sales and Operations Assistant, supporting the sales teams in the Mid-West and organizing reports for the operations teams. From 2011 to 2013, Stephanie worked as an Office Manager at Respite Connections, Inc., where they managed day-to-day activities, set up training sessions, and completed payroll. In 2013, Stephanie joined US Logistics Solutions as an Account Manager/Operations, managing projects, complex accounts, and workflow. Stephanie then transitioned to Forward Air Solutions, where they continued working as an Account Manager until 2021. Throughout their career, Stephanie has demonstrated a strong ability to manage projects, provide excellent customer experiences, and effectively handle multiple tasks.

Stephanie Blaine, M.B.A, completed their Bachelor's of Art and Sciences degree in Political Science from Ohio University between 1997 and 2004. In 2011, they received a certification in Master Legal Studies from Capital University Law School. Stephanie then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Global Operations and Supply Chain Management from Capella University, which they completed from 2016 to 2019. Continuing their education, Stephanie completed a Doctor of Business Administration program at Capella University in Global Operations and Supply Chain Management from 2020 to 2023. Additionally, in 2023, they obtained a Google Project Management Certification in the field of Project Management.
