Borislav Simeonov

Borislav Simeonov has worked in various roles in the engineering field since 1991. From 1991 to 2000, they were a Research Associate at the Bulgarian Academy of Science, where they designed and installed automatic control systems and power supplies op-amp circuits. From 2000 to 2001, they worked as a Tester and Diagnostic at Jabil Circuit Inc., testing PCB computer boards on the production line. From 2001 to 2015, they were an R&D Engineer at Bovie Medical Corporation, where they were granted patents for a method and device for cleaning of textile materials in a water environment and for a method, apparatus, and kit for thermal suture cutting. Borislav also had experience with EMC requirements and tests for medical electrical equipment, established appropriate test protocols for product verifications and validations, and contributed technical support and creation of quality protocols. Finally, from 2015 to present, they have been a Senior Engineer at US Medical Innovations, LLC.

Borislav Simeonov holds a Master of Engineering in Radio and TV Engineering from the University of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering. Borislav also holds a certification in Building Resilience from LinkedIn, obtained in October 2020.
