Robert Jones is an experienced customer service representative currently employed at US Merchant Systems since March 2011, where management of a team and enhancement of service quality have played key roles in boosting sales. Previous roles include receiving clerk at Walmart, where inventory management was a primary responsibility, and DMV technician at AAA, assisting customers with registration needs.
