Randy B. Glantz

Randy B. Glantz, CTP, currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Finance at US Metro Bank, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Randy held similar positions as Senior Vice President and Director of Finance at CalPrivate Bank and contributed as Asset Liability Manager at Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union, where significant asset growth was achieved. Randy has a strong background in finance, having also worked as Asset Liability Manager at CDC Small Business Finance and in Financial Planning and Analysis at California Coast Credit Union. Randy’s earlier experience includes key roles at Union Bank/Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, managing portfolio risk analytics and funds transfer pricing, and serving as a Senior Implementation Consultant at Fiserv. With over two decades in finance and treasury positions, Randy has also held the title of Treasurer at two banks in California, demonstrating expertise in ALCO management and regulatory compliance. Randy B. Glantz holds both a BA and an MA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
