Zeeshan Mirza is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and operational transformation. Zeeshan serves as the CEO and Founder of US Modular Capital since 2022, focusing on investments in SMART and SUSTAINABLE construction and offering innovative financing solutions for the Volumetric Modular Construction industry. Previously, Zeeshan held various leadership roles including Managing Director at Golub Capital and Guggenheim Partners, specializing in special situations and strategic improvements for underperforming businesses. Zeeshan's expertise also encompasses board positions at organizations like Rubio's Restaurants, Data Intensity, and Sylvan Learning, as well as key transformation roles at Symphony Technology Group, IBS Software, and AlixPartners. Zeeshan holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and dual BA degrees in Economics and Religious Studies from Rice University.
