Gina Rocha

Gina Rocha currently serves as the Director of Personnel Operations at Navy Recruiting Command since November 2022, following a progressive career in various leadership and training roles within the US Navy. Prior positions include Region West Trainer, Division Chief, and Division Leading Chief Petty Officer, showcasing extensive experience in recruitment and personnel management. With a solid foundation in military training and operations, Gina has also held roles such as Command Equal Opportunity Assistant and DOD Sexual Assault Advocate. An alumnus of Webster University with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Wayland Baptist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Gina Rocha combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience in organizational effectiveness and support.
