Barry L. Parel

As Director of the Resource Management Division within OPNAV N1, and Bureau of Naval Personnel Comptroller, Mr. Parel is responsible for the programming, budgeting, execution, and accounting of approximately $32 billion of Department of the Navy resources annually. Mr. Parel was appointed to the Senior Executive Service in October 2011. He has over 32 years of Federal service, primarily with the Navy.
