Jacob Wiemann

Jacob Wiemann has extensive experience in both military and healthcare settings. Since September 1999, Wiemann has served in the US Navy, currently holding the position of Commanding Officer and previously serving as the Executive Officer for the Expeditionary Medical Facility Great Lakes, which provides NATO Role 3 medical services. Concurrently, Wiemann has worked as an Engineer-Paramedic for the City of Lee's Summit since January 2005, performing emergency medical duties on both fire apparatus and ambulances. From October 2013 to June 2023, Wiemann worked as a Staff Nurse at Research Medical Center, a Level 1 Trauma Center, and previously as an RN at Lee's Summit Medical Center, where responsibilities included patient care and triage in a certified 15-bed emergency room. Wiemann earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Missouri in 1998.
