Thomas Beyer

Thomas Beyer possesses extensive experience in software engineering and DevOps, currently serving as Platform Apps Architect & Lead at Capella Space since April 2020, where responsibilities include leading the Data Access and Delivery system. As Co-Founder and CTO of IBP-Systems, Thomas focuses on renewable energy optimization solutions for emerging solar markets. Previous roles include DevOps Engineer at HSBC, contributing to CI infrastructure and developer productivity, and a Software Engineer at UrtheCast, involving the design of an Analysis Ready Data catalog and SAR processing systems. Thomas has a solid foundation in software development, with early career experience at Fraunhofer IIS. Educational background includes a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
