Mike Dyer

Mike Dyer is the Deputy Director of Business Operations at NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka, Japan, with experience in the US Navy since 2014. Prior to this role, Mike worked as a Project Manager at Serco - North America from 2003 to 2008, where they implemented ISO 9001 at East Coast Aviation Depots. From 1991 to 1994, Mike served as an Instructor in the United States Navy and held various positions including Afloat Operations Officer at COMNAVSURFLANT from 1996 to 1999. Dyer has also worked as a Management Analyst for the Government since 2008, focusing on human resources, budget management, and continuous process improvement. They earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Old Dominion University from 1994 to 1996.
