Erica Roach

Erica Roach is Acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Office of Personnel Management. In this capacity, Erica oversees OPM’s financial management, budget, performance, risk management, internal control, and financial audit activities.

Erica previously served as Deputy CFO and Director of Systems Planning and Development within the CFO office at OPM. She was the principal advisor to the CFO on all financial management matters including policies to govern financial management functions and operations. Additionally, Erica led program and project activities related to the modernization and implementation of OPM financial systems and business processes.

Prior to joining federal service, Erica held various private sector positions where she led and managed projects focused on the intersection of technology and finance, alongside the federal community.

Erica holds a Master of Public Management from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy, and a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins Cary Business School.
