Jeanine Neal

Jeanine Neal currently serves as a Human Resources Information System Specialist (HRIS) at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, with a focus on system management and optimization. Previously, Jeanine was the Talent Acquisition Manager at Texas Children's Hospital, specializing in technical recruitment for IT positions through advanced sourcing strategies. As a Talent Advisor at Petco, Jeanine recruited veterinary professionals, and prior to that, held various HR roles including DVM Veterinary Recruiter at Texas Management Division, Inc. and Human Resource Coordinator at Academy Sports + Outdoors. Jeanine’s career began in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included managing education and training as well as supply systems analysis. Jeanine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Strayer University, an Associate of Science in Information Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, and a certificate in Real Estate from the American Public University System.
