Jessica Schillinger

Jessica Schillinger is an accomplished program analyst and UX designer currently employed at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) since May 2024, focusing on USAJOBS. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a senior UI/UX designer at Kalamuna from July 2021 to April 2024, leading UX research and UI design projects from inception to completion. Previous experience includes positions as a graphic and web designer at the Wyoming Survey and Analysis Center, where Jessica developed user-centered data visualization tools, and as an information graphic designer at the Pew Research Center, creating data-rich web graphics. Jessica also held roles at Ball State University, first as manager of publications and web services and earlier as a multimedia specialist. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Art, Multimedia, and Biblical Studies from Evangel University and additional studies at Ball State University and the University of Wyoming.
