Lal Harter

Lal Harter, CICA, currently serves as the AGA DC Chapter President since July 2023, focusing on enhancing professional development and educational opportunities for the government financial management community. Additionally, Lal Harter holds the position of Executive Leadership Detailee at the USDA since May 2023, where responsibilities include providing risk management solutions for the Office of the Inspector General. Since May 2021, Lal Harter has been a Lead Auditor at USCIS. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Accounting and minors in Communications and French from Virginia Tech, completed in 1998, and a High School Diploma from the International School of Geneva obtained in 1986.
