Sharon Kwon serves as Executive Assistant to the Director of the Office of Personnel Management under the Biden-Harris administration.

Most recently, Sharon was an APAICS Racial Equity fellow serving on the House Committee on Education and Labor. She began as a field organizer on the 2016 Hillary Clinton presidential campaign.

Prior to working in politics, Sharon worked as a language instructor and translator. She has a B.A. from the University of Connecticut and an M.A. from Georgetown University.
