Tiffany Avila

Tiffany Avila serves as Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff in the Office of the Director at the Office of Personnel Management under the Biden-Harris Administration.

Prior to this position, Tiffany served on the Leadership and Training team at the Presidential Personnel Office. Prior to serving in the Administration, Tiffany worked as an organizer and Regional Organizing Director on the Biden for President Campaign, the Biden-Harris Campaign, and the Georgia Senate Race. Tiffany also worked in the non-profit sector with various organizations supporting youth in Camden, NJ and Philadelphia.

Tiffany is a proud graduate of Rowan University where she received her B.A. in History and Africana Studies.
