Alex Spira

Dr. Alex Spira, a graduate of Harvard University, earned his medical degree from the NY University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at the Hospital of the University of PA, completed his fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital and received his PhD from the NY University School of Arts & Science. He is the Director of the VCS Research Institute and Phase I Trial Program and serves as medical director for the Inova Thoracic Oncology Program and as chair of The Network Pathways Committee for lung cancer.
