Emma Cowles

Emma Cowles is a dedicated research assistant at Yale University, where research focuses on global public perception of China. In addition, Emma serves as a sports coach for US Sailing, working with high school sailors on sailing techniques and mental toughness. Previously, Emma competed as an athlete in the Women's 470 boat class with a twin sister, campaigning for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Emma is currently pursuing a degree at Yale University, having graduated from Mamaroneck High School in 2019.
