Oxana Lupașco

Oxana Lupașco has worked in various Human Resources roles since 2005. Oxana began their career as a Mathematics Teacher at a High School in 2005. In 2015, they took on the role of HR Specialist at an HR Outsourcing Company. In 2016, they became a Principal Expert in the Department of Strategy, Organisation and Human Resources at the National Bank of Moldova. In 2018, they were appointed Human Resources Manager at Spitalul Polivalent Novamed. In 2020, they moved to "StarNet" as a Human Resources Generalist. Currently, they serve as Human Resources Manager at US Software Solutions.

Oxana Lupașco obtained their Licentiate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova between 2001 and 2005. Oxana then went on to earn their Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova between 2015 and 2017.
