Patricia Ammons

Patricia Ammons has a diverse work experience starting in 1993 as an Adjunct Instructor at The University of Alabama in Huntsville. From 1997 to 1999, they worked as a Freelance Journalist. In 1999, they joined The Huntsville Times as a News Reporter, covering various topics such as children and family issues, education, and the arts community. In 2014, they transitioned to the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, where they held multiple positions including Media Relations Manager, Director of Communications, Senior Director of Communications, and currently serves as the Senior Director of Public and Media Relations.

Patricia Ammons holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, which they completed in 1993.
