Charlie Haley

Charlie Haley is a seasoned professional in business development and partnership management with extensive experience in the sports and youth enrichment sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Growth & Partnerships at US Sports Camps since August 2025, Charlie focuses on driving revenue through strategic partnerships and account expansion. Prior to this role, Charlie was the first business development hire at Youth Enrichment Brands, where responsibilities included sourcing M&A opportunities and sales enablement.
