Mike Nakajima

Mike Nakajima has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. In 2022, they joined US Sports Camps as the Senior Vice President for Tennis/Pickleball. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as the International College Recruiting Director - Tennis at Csa Prepstar Inc. Mike was responsible for assisting student-athletes and their families in college recruiting.

In 2019, Nakajima served as the Founding Director and EVP at BaseLine Performance Finance Ltd, where they provided innovative financial solutions to reward success for individual and team athletes.

From 2018 to 2020, they worked as the New Business and Partnership Development Consultant at USTA Pacific Northwest and as the Executive Director at Vantage Sports Finance.

Nakajima also has experience in coaching and education. Mike served as the Head Men's Tennis Coach at Southridge High School from 2018 onwards. Mike was a member of the Board of Directors at Portland Tennis & Education from 2006 to 2018. Moreover, they worked as a Sports Management Instructor at the University of Oregon in 2018.

Additionally, Nakajima has worked as a Consultant at MN Consulting LLC since 2017 and as a Tennis Director at EDGE10 Group from 2019 to 2021. Mike holds valuable expertise in measuring athletic capabilities and providing accurate assessments for athletes of all abilities.

Mike Nakajima graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Portland State University in 1989.
