Bindu Rinu

Bindu Rinu has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bindu started their career as a Program Coordinator and Faculty Member at Bel-Air Hospital, where they built training programs for doctors and initiated outreach programs. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as an HR Executive, Learning and Culture at Kanbay Software India Private Limited, where they were responsible for monitoring shared strategy and implementing initiatives to drive key behaviors.

Bindu then joined Broadridge Financial Solutions (India) Private Ltd as a Human Resources Manager from 2007 to 2010. In this role, they led the learning and development division, driving strategic educational initiatives and improving global learning. Bindu also served as a strategic learning partner to business units and focused on enhancing professional growth and team member satisfaction.

From 2010 to 2011, Bindu worked at Broadridge as a Talent Manager. Bindu revolutionized the approach to talent development and management, implementing cost-effective learning initiatives aligned with the corporate vision. Bindu also revitalized the sales onboarding strategy and expanded the learning catalog without the need for additional training personnel.

Currently, Bindu holds the position of VP - HR & Ops at US Tech Solutions since 2011.

Bindu Rinu completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Deccan Education Societys Fergusson College in Pune. Bindu then pursued a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) at Savitribai Phule Pune University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in areas such as Strategic Human Resources, Strategic HR Leadership, and various leadership and training programs from institutions like LinkedIn, Cornell University, FranklinCovey, The Ken Blanchard Companies, and Dale Carnegie Training.
