Russell Black

Russell Black has over two decades of experience in leadership roles within the telecommunications industry, currently serving as CEO of US Telecommunications, Inc. since February 2000. Prior to this position, Russell Black was a Store Manager at Circuit City from 1992 to 1999. The educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aerodynamics, Aviation, Business Finance, and Management from Florida Institute of Technology (1989-1991) and an Associate of Science in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from St. Petersburg College (1986-1989).
