Joyce Liu

Joyce Liu is currently the Head of Legal at US Tiger Securities, Inc., a fintech company with a global presence. Prior to this, Joyce (Mengzhu) gained valuable experience as a Legal Counsel at Haitou Global and as a Judicial Intern at the New York State Supreme Court. Joyce (Mengzhu) also served as a Teaching Assistant at New York University School of Law and as a Senior Associate II at Shanghai Qin Li Law Firm. Joyce's expertise includes fund formation, venture capital transactions, and providing legal support to high-profile clients. Joyce (Mengzhu) holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Michigan Law School and has a background in international economic law and economic law.
