Paula Conolly

Paula Conolly is the Senior Director of Programs at US Water Alliance, holding previous roles as Director at Green Infrastructure Leadership Exchange and Senior Strategy Consultant at Philadelphia Water Department. Paula co-founded a national network aimed at promoting green stormwater infrastructure implementation in local governments. Paula also has experience as a Strategy Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where Paula developed data management systems for clients like the Environmental Protection Agency and the United States Army. Paula earned a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science and Sociology from the University of Notre Dame.
