Chief Strategy Officer at US Water Alliance

Renee Willette serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at US Water Alliance since January 2021, previously holding the title of Vice President, Programs and Strategy. Prior to this role, Renee was the Principal and Water Sector Leader at Stantec, where responsibility included leading business development strategies for the Midwest and engaging in national coalitions. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, where initiatives centered on revitalization efforts, and in various roles at the City and County of San Francisco, including Deputy Director of Legislative & Government Affairs. Additionally, Renee has a strong background in political consulting, having worked with organizations such as Emily's List and directed research for U.S. Senate campaigns. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and an Executive Education program at Harvard University.
