Milagros Y. Araujo, MHRM, is a dedicated Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at US Wire & Cable Corporation/Flexon Industries since June 2024, Araujo previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist at ofi from September 2022 to May 2024, and as a People & Culture Coordinator at Bed Bath & Beyond from June 2021 to September 2022. Araujo's career in HR began at TD, where a role as a TD Bank Associate was held from December 2014 to September 2021. Araujo holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and two Bachelor’s degrees in Human Resources Management and Labor Studies and Employment Relations, all obtained from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
