Kurtis James

Kurtis James currently serves as the Lead Quality Assurance & Quality Control at US WorldMeds, providing quality oversight and guidance to both internal teams and external partners, while managing quality functions such as deviations, CAPAs, change control, and regulatory support. Previously, Kurtis worked as a Quality Engineer at Symmetry Surgical, ensuring compliance with US/MDSAP regulations and analyzing quality metrics to support GMP manufacturing. Earlier experiences include serving as a Research Engineer at the University of Louisville's Nanotheranostic Lab, where responsibilities involved the design and testing of nanoparticles and drugs, and at the Kentucky Spinal Cord Injury Research Center. Kurtis holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management and a Master of Engineering in Bioengineering from the University of Louisville, along with a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering.
