Kenny Zacher

Kenny Zacher has extensive experience in the logistics and operations sectors, currently serving in various leadership roles at U.S. Xpress, Inc. since September 2017, including Terminal Leader, Operations Leader, Accounts & Innovation Manager, Freight Acquisitions Specialist, and Customer Service Manager. Prior to this, Kenny worked at Beaulieu America from June 2015 to August 2017 as a Process Improvement Specialist, where responsibilities included creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for the Customer Service Department. Earlier experience includes a role as a Lead Trainer in the Learning Department at Amazon.com from October 2011 to June 2015, focusing on compliance and improving production processes. Education was completed at Southeast Whitfield High School, graduating in 2002.
