Ben Edwinson M.S., LAT, ATC is an experienced athletic trainer and educator with a robust background in sports medicine. Since October 2005, Ben has served as the Assistant Athletic Trainer and Adjunct Instructor at Johnson County Community College, providing medical coverage for 11 intercollegiate sports and conducting acute injury assessments. Additional roles include Medical Coordinator for US Youth Soccer and experience as a Licensed/Certified Athletic Trainer at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. Prior positions include Head Athletic Trainer for the Kansas Koyotes and Shawnee Mission Health, as well as a Rehabilitation Technician at TherapyWorks, P.A. Ben holds a Master of Science in Health, Physical Education and Recreation from Emporia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science - Athletic Training from The University of Kansas.
