Dr. Jenny Dutton

Dr. Jenny Dutton is an experienced educator and coach, currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Adjunct Professor of Management at Wayland Baptist University since June 2016, where courses taught include Employee Recruitment & Selection and Theory - Practice of Supervision. In addition to this role, Dr. Dutton has held the position of Assistant Dean/Assistant Executive Director at USA Archery since April 2007, while also contributing as a USA Archery Coach and Head Archery Coach at Tri Cities Christian School since June 2014. With a solid foundation in human resources management from a tenure with the U.S. Army from September 1982 to October 2004, Dr. Dutton has been an active member of the Delta Mu Delta International Academic Honor Society in Business since November 2015 and has earned a PhD in Philosophy with a focus on Organizational Management/Management Education from Capella University between 2008 and 2011.
