Caitlin Curry

Caitlin Curry, MBA, currently serves as the Finance & Administration Director at USA Climbing since November 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Albany Engineered Composites as a Financial Planner and Analyst, where Caitlin managed financials for a complex defense program and supported overall plant budget management. Before that, Caitlin worked at BAE Systems, Inc. in various finance-related roles, including Overhead Control Accountant and FP&A Analyst, and was a participant in the Financial Leadership Development Program. Early experience includes internships at the FBI, Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Spire Institute, and other organizations, contributing to diverse areas including intelligence analysis and marketing. Caitlin holds an MBA in International Business/Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo.
