Taylor Payne

Taylor Payne is a seasoned professional in sports management and communications with extensive experience in athlete safety and membership development. Currently serving as the Business Development and Engagement Officer and Director of Athlete Safety at USA Diving since March 2013, Taylor oversees the organization’s Athlete Safety program and ensures compliance with USOPC standards. Previous roles include Development/Membership Director at USA Diving, Marketing Communications Manager at USA Track & Field, Media Relations Director at U.S. Synchronized Swimming, and Assistant Director of Communications at Horizon League. Taylor holds a Master’s Degree in Public Relations Management from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Team USA Leadership Certificate from Northwestern University Kellogg Center for Nonprofit Management. Education also includes a degree in Sports Communications/Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington.
