Eric Mayes

Eric Mayes serves as the Managing Director of High Performance and National Teams at USA Football since February 2019, overseeing all program aspects and representing the organization on the National High School Football Coaches Alliance Executive Board. Prior experience at NCAA includes roles as Associate Director and Assistant Director of Academic and Membership Affairs, focusing on Division I interpretive matters and liaising with various football committees. Previous roles also include positions at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority as a Regulatory Analyst, an Assistant Football Coach at Trinity International University, and internships in management at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Jewel Osco. Eric holds a Master of Professional Studies in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management/Marketing from Trinity International University.
