Lauren D. is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in education and sports. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Education and Training at USA Football since April 2023, Lauren also co-founded O.N.E. Consulting Solutions in June 2022. At Notre Dame of Maryland University, Lauren has been an Assistant Lacrosse Coach and Assistant Field Hockey Coach since February 2020. Additionally, Lauren served as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at Towson University from January 2023 to May 2023. Lauren is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Adult and Continuing Education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, while holding a Master of Education in Education/Teaching of the Gifted and Talented from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Towson University.
