Muhammed Y. Idris

Muhammed Y. Idris, PhD, serves as the Founding Co-Director at the Center of Excellence for the Validation of Digital Health Technologies and Clinical Algorithms at Morehouse School of Medicine, where additional roles include Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine and Associate Director of Digital Transformation at the Clinical Research Center. With extensive experience, Muhammed holds positions as a Resident at TED Conferences and Chair of the Advisory Board, along with serving as an Advisory Board Member at The Hive, an Innovation Lab for USA for UNHCR. Previous professional roles included Director of Data, Product, and Technology at PLUS1, Principal and Senior Data Scientist at TeraCrunch, and Global Investment Fellow at Capria. Academic qualifications include a PhD and MA from Penn State University, a BA from the University of Washington, and Graduate Training in Econometrics from Duke University.
