Andrew Ellinger, CPCT, BAT has held a variety of positions over the years. Andrew Ellinger completed a degree in Production/Operations Management at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1987 to 1993. In 2020, they obtained a Certified Professional Collector Trainer (CPCT) certification from USA Mobile Drug Testing.
