Debbye King

Debbye King has extensive experience in the mortgage and banking sectors, currently serving as a Loan Officer Assistant at USA Mortgage since January 2014, where responsibilities include reviewing loan files, maintaining borrower communication, and ensuring timely document receipt. Previously, King worked as a Mortgage Loan Processor at Heartland Bank and held roles in hospitality management as an Assistant General Manager at Marriott Hotel and as a Closing Officer at Tri-Lakes Title and Escrow. Additional experience includes serving as a Financial Aid Officer at Northwest Arkansas Community College and a Loan Origination (Account Executive) at Wells Fargo Mortgage. Debbye King holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arkansas and a Certification in Real Estate Appraisal from Ozarks Technical Community College.
