Sam Rosenblatt is an experienced mortgage professional with over 27 years in the industry, currently serving as a Sales Manager at USA Mortgage since June 2023. Prior to this role, Sam worked at Academy Mortgage Corporation as a Mortgage Planner from February 2010 to June 2023, and at Greentree Mortgage Corporation as a Mortgage Planner and Reverse Mortgage Specialist from August 1996 to February 2010, where Sam was recognized as one of the "Top 200 Loan Originators" in America. Sam's career has been driven by a passion for helping individuals achieve homeownership, a motivation that remains steadfast. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, earned between 1989 and 1993.
