Steven Napoli

Steven Napoli is the Director of Onboarding for DAS Acquisition Company, LLC. He was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri.

He has been in the mortgage industry and trained at some level for 12 years. He joined USA Mortgage in May of 2012 and officially fell in love with the industry soon after. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in 2017 from Lindenwood University and learned how to conquer his fears of public speaking. The skills he developed during his time at Lindenwood helped him gain confidence and certain abilities to train in any setting or environment. It has always been second nature to help and assist anyone who needs it. He has always been a people person and being the Director of Onboarding and Training has been a dream come true.

When he is not in the office, you can find him spending time with his family. Usually, you will see him on the sidelines coaching one of his 3 boys in soccer, baseball, basketball, or football. It’s pure enjoyment watching and being apart of his kids growing and developing their passion and skills for sports.
