Leatha Clark

Leatha Clark, AICP, has a diverse background in urban planning and project management, currently serving as Project Manager in Development at USA Properties Fund, Inc. since July 2018. Previously, Leatha held positions as Senior Planner at Morton & Pitalo, Inc. and Director of Planning at Morley Bros., LLC, where responsibilities included project budgeting, coordination of due diligence, and oversight of project teams in various planning aspects. Early career experiences include a Planning Intern role at the City of Redwood City Redevelopment Agency, involving research, data analysis, and GIS communication, and an Office Coordinator position at NextCard, Inc., focused on event management and office administration.
