Tony Piscitello

President Of USA Construction Management, Inc. at USA Properties Fund, Inc.

Tony Piscitello has a strong and extensive work experience in the construction and real estate industry. Tony currently serves as the President of USA Construction Management, Inc. at USA Properties Fund, Inc., where they lead the multifamily construction program. Their role involves collaboration with various departments, partners, lenders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project completion.

Prior to this, Tony held the position of Vice President of Construction at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, where they oversaw multiple multifamily construction projects in Portland. Tony also supported preconstruction activities and maintained relationships with various stakeholders.

Before joining Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, Tony worked at Holland Partner Group as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, they managed the design, construction, and coordination of a mixed-use program, including numerous apartment units, retail spaces, and parking facilities.

Tony also has experience working at B&G Consultants as a Principal Project Manager and at Centex (MH Golden Construction Company) as a Project Engineer/Manager.

Throughout their career, Tony has demonstrated their expertise in construction management, collaboration, and project leadership.

Tony Piscitello attended Avon Lake High School from 1978 to 1981, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Tony then enrolled at Palomar College from 1984 to 1986 with a focus on speech, but did not obtain a degree. From 1986 to 1990, Tony attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they pursued a degree in Construction Management with a focus on Architecture and Architectural Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Tony obtained the Procore Certified: Associate certification from Procore Technologies in December 2015.
