Diane Watanabe

Diane Watanabe is a seasoned athletic trainer with extensive experience in various organizations. Since 1984, Diane has served as an athletic trainer at Santa Monica College and holds part-time athletic trainer positions at VibrantCare Rehabilitation and US Soccer, while also serving USA Rugby since 2013. Diane was previously involved with the Santa Monica Sports Medicine Foundation as an editor, where responsibilities included summarizing scientific studies related to sports medicine and health. Earlier career roles include staff research at VA Sepulveda and research associate at UCLA Medical School. Diane Watanabe holds a Master's degree in Health Education & Health Science from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from UCLA.
