Performance Analyst at USA Rugby

Emily Record has extensive experience in coaching women's rugby, currently serving as the Head Women’s Rugby Coach at the University of New Haven since June 2021 and as a Performance Analyst for USA Rugby since January 2021. Previous coaching roles include Head Coach at Guilford College and Endicott College, as well as Assistant Coach positions at Queens University of Charlotte and various CrossFit locations. Emily has also founded Peak Fitness Coaching, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills alongside athletic expertise. Educational qualifications include a combined BS/MS degree in Computer Engineering from Drexel University, completed in 2004.
