Isaiah Rademacher has extensive experience in both business development and professional rugby. Currently, Isaiah serves as a Business Development professional at MindShift Marketing since February 2016 and has played rugby for USA Rugby since June 2014, participating in various clubs and select-side teams across the United States and internationally. Notable clubs include The Goth RFC, Harpeth Harlequins, East High School, and the University of Kentucky. Isaiah co-owned Clean Up Bros, focusing on interior design home remodeling from September 2012 to December 2022, and served as Marketing Director at Melaleuca: The Wellness Company from June 2018 to February 2020. Additional experience includes independent contracting in remodeling with Prospect 30 Eight Construction, Inc. Established in 1975, USA Rugby is the governing body for the sport of rugby in the United States and a Full Sport Member of the United States Olympic Committee. Currently headquartered in Glendale, Colorado, USA Rugby is charged with developing the game on all levels and has more than 100,000 active members across the Youth, High School, College and Senior Club level. USA Rugby oversees four senior national teams, multiple junior national development programs and an emerging Olympic development pathway for elite athletes.
