Rick Humm

Rick Humm has extensive experience in rugby development and management, holding significant positions since June 2001 with USA Rugby, where roles have included Member of the Board of Directors, Director, World Rugby Trainer, and Game Development Director, overseeing various player, coaching, and officiating programs. Humm serves as President of the Northern California Rugby Football Union since July 2018 and has been a Principal at Ferguson and Company since June 2008, specializing in public employer collective bargaining. Additional coaching roles include positions with Santa Rosa Rugby Football Club, San Jose State University, and the USA Rugby Men's National Team - Eagles. Humm's educational background includes an MA in Physical Education from San José State University and a BA in English from Loyola Marymount University.
