Ryan Santos

Ryan Santos is a professional athlete currently representing USA Rugby, with notable achievements including selection for the 2024 Olympic Games shortlist and participation in the 2023 Pan American Games and two HSBC World Sevens Series Tournaments. In addition to athletic commitments, Ryan has a diverse professional background, including roles as a Global Expansion and Business Development Fellow at Alariss Global, Research Assistant at the Africa Centre for Dispute Settlement, Policy Analyst at The White House, and Associate in the Fragile and Conflict-Affected Situations Unit at the Asian Development Bank. Ryan also gained experience as a Policy Researcher at FIPA-Tunisia and a Market Research Intern at PRIME Metroline Infrastructure Holdings Corporation, complemented by an internship at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies.
