Tom Cusack

Tom Cusack is an experienced leader with a distinguished career across various sectors. Currently serving as the Board Chair for USA Rugby since June 2021, Tom has also been an Advisor at Veebit and a Director at Mountain Laurel Spirits, LLC, specializing in Pennsylvania Rye Whiskey. Previous roles include Board Chair of the University of Pennsylvania Libraries from 2006 to 2013 and a Board Member at Direct Relief, where leadership was demonstrated from June 2011 to June 2013. Tom's earlier career highlights include serving as Chairman, President, and CEO of Transamerica Life Companies, as well as roles at General Electric and McKinsey & Company. Tom holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and dual degrees in Economics and Finance from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School.
